The water moved between emerald and deep navy. Boats rested in the harbor. Fishermen worked the shore. Standing there — already half in love with this place — Phillip saw more than beauty. He saw heritage, craft, and a community whose story wasn’t being told.

Rinse your raw sea moss thoroughly with clean water. Soak in cold water for 12–24 hours until it expands and softens. It will roughly double in size.
Drain the soaking water and blend the softened sea moss with fresh spring water until completely smooth. Pour into a clean jar and refrigerate overnight.
